A Little About Me

As a designer, I'm drawn to demystifying systems and webs of information for people who are often sidelined. I started my journey about nine years ago at Stanford, studying under (read: being humbled by) some of the greats, like David Kelley and Bill Burnett.

With over four years on lean & early-stage teams, I've untangled everything from the medical intricacies of migraines, the behemoth of the American prison-industrial complex, and the state-by-state regulations on running raffle fundraisers in Australia. My approach is strategic and end-to-end: setting the architecture, building design systems, running scrappy user research, and guiding product direction.

Outside work, I'm happiest making music and playing shows around New York (a brief side quest took me to Berklee, where I earned a master's in Songwriting & Production and wrote an EP), collecting new spots on my Google Maps lists, or bringing sudoku books out to a sunny patch of grass. I'd love to design for music creatives or work with a team making real impact. If that sounds like you, reach out: elizabethogray@gmail.com
